A Vision is not the same as a goal!
A goal is something you establish,
with definable steps for achieving it. 
It something you know exists, because you have done it, or seen it done before.  You can plan it, define it, and predict the likelihood of it.

A Vision is something you feel intuitively.  There is no road map for its attainment.  Initially,  it comes from within,  having a quality that is known, yet not quite understood.  It then becomes an idea that is seen with greater clarity, through increasing acceptance, of its validity.  It has a life of its own, within you, yet a part from you.  You cannot define or direct it.  Instead you must respect it, grow with it, and allow it to reveal more and more of itself, while teaching you about yourself.



Vision Coaching

Intellectual Property and Creative Interactions

Any creative development involves others with whom the concept evolves. 
Herein exists an area of potential conflict resulting from varied perceptions, motives, value, and participation. Traditional
attempts to curtail legal action involve the use non-disclosure agreements, copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc.  However, these solutions sometimes create additional problems.

Since there is no real framework for the safe and spontaneous exchange of ideas, Don created a formula for it. He utilizes this system to foster a context of greater freedom during the creative process. It is called the Wolfe Intellectual Property Model (WIPM)

The WIPM identifies the 3 types of contribution involved with any creation, and creative exchange, so that the levels of participation can easily be acknowledged, accepted, validated, and valued, by all parties.  This powerful set of delineations, opens the floodgates to real creative dialogue and advancement!

These 3 levels of Creation apply to all creative and generative  interactions, with the self, others, the mental, the physical, the material, or the spiritual.

Remember the days prior to ATM machines.  It took much longer to get your money when desired. These distinctions will take your creative process to the next level of access.
